四、服务内容

Service Guidelines

1. Booking: Patients intended for ISMS Clinic may book online via Official WeChat Account of Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University or via phone call with our Customer Service team (+86-0759-2369336).

2. Registration. Registration payment may be completed online as well as onsite at Floor 9 of Main Outpatient Building at the ISMS counter (Opening Hours: 07:50~11:20；14:20~16:50).

3. Treatment: All of treatment procedures at ISMS Clinic are completed one-on-one in independent rooms for the sake of privacy and comfort of patients. Each patient may have 10- 20 minutef consultation time.

4. Multidisciplinary expert consultation: Consultation with experts from different departments and fields may be arranged to ensure best solution for challenging situation.

5. Priority Access: Nurses will arrange for priority access for examinations upon completion of payment.

6. Blood Test：Independent blood test rooms are available at ISMS Clinic; blood samples are transferred to labs by designated personnel.

7. Auxiliary Examination: Upon completion of payment, nurses will personally guide the patient to designated auxiliary examination centers for priority examination; results and reports are delivered expediently.

8. Complimentary breakfast: A complimentary breakfast is provided for patients registered for blood tests and auxiliary examination.

9. Reports, medicine may be picked-up and delivered by designated staff on behalf of patients.

The Health Examination of International and Special Medical Services

Previously known as VIP Health Examination, the Health Examination of ISMS is supervised by the Health Management Center at the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University. The Health Examination of ISMS adheres to international standards and provides comprehensive, personalized and reliable health examination services to guests.

The ISMS Health Examination is equipped with advanced devices, such as Low-dose CT system, Digital Radiography system etc. Painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy are also available via collaboration with Department of Gastroenterology. Examination results are synchronized by PACS System with examination centers in different departments to avoid repetitive examinations and serve as reference for follow-up diagnosis and treatment; final results are reviewed by at least three specialists before sound and appropriate health advice are provided in the final health report.

Before the examination, advisors will assist patients in choosing the right health check-up programs that meet their personal needs based on their age, profession, lifestyle etc. During the examination, our staff will guide you through the entire process to ensure all procedures are completed in line with professional guidance.

As part of the ISMS service, a team of experienced medical experts will analyze the health examination reports for designated guests in order to meet the needs of overall health management. Professional advice on the prevention of chronic disease and other needs of health caring will also be offered. For guests with specific needs for further medical attention, our staff will contact and arrange for follow-up diagnosis and treatment on behalf of the guest.
